Kole Hansen
Body Intelligence - At the Goddess Retreat Kole will use a combination of TRE and meditation to take participants into their body while releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. This type of trauma work is amazing because it does not require the stories of the past to let them go. The body knows what to do and participants report feeling blissful, relaxed and more integrated into their body. In the wheel of healing, there is the mind, the heart, the spirit and the body. The Mind travels to the future and the past on its journey. The heart and spirit can travel through space and time but the body is only ever in the present. By integrating and involving the body in the transformation the realizations are more complete. The body is the experiential vehicle in the moment of now with tens of thousands of pleasure receptors. If you are not in tune and aligned with your body you cannot fully experience your expansions.
